Essentially, I am self-employed with 25 years of sign and design experience.  In 1994, I went to work making signs for another company.  The new opportunity expanded the knowledge I had in print media and visual design.    I enjoy working in a creative environment, one that starts out as an idea, then moves towards it's accomplishment.  In 1996, I started my own sign business and now work with specialized computer software, unique sign related materials, and maintain www.JoeDecker.com.  Although sign making is fairly routine, it is still very creative.  Ultimately. I really enjoy making an idea happen.
